and support infrastructure.

This proposal presents the master plan for a unique Airbnb development designed to combine comfort and wellness. Land 1 features a parking strip to the north, three larger enclosed tiny houses to the west, and four Nordic sauna cabins to the east. Land 2 expands the retreat with four additional Nordic saunas and multiple enclosed units, maximizing the site’s potential while maintaining a balanced layout.
• Redesigned an Arabic-style residential community after land expansion. Integrated additional villas, beach-style pools, and social spaces into the original master plan. • Merged old and new land into a cohesive site layout. • Adjusted villa floor plans and spaces based on evolving client needs.
A community hub designed from clustered shipping containers, connected by flowing corridors and inspired by a relaxed, beach-like vibe. Each pod serves a unique function—from creche and play to wellness and workspaces—brought together around a central hub with green roofs, open circulation, and vibrant, sustainable design.
